The basis of this project was to use the manufacturing process of extrusion, and come up with a way to help someone.
The users that I was trying to aid were the people with small living spaces, and/or college students that need to maximize room space.
A colorful way to hang

Due to the project being based on the process of extrusion, the clips and holder needed to have a shape that could be pushed out in long rods and cut into pieces for the final product.
Some clip ideas stemmed from hat racks, but I thought about the people who need to maybe hang shirts. So, clip designs needed to have a little more room for hanger and hat storage.
I also thought about if it was going to be attached to a door or nail/stick to a wall.
The 3D prints helped me to gauge the sizing of the clip and holder. It also helped to tell how snug the pieces fit together.
Strip that can be removed, and replaced by simply pulling the tab.
